Ah, ok. Yep, just an ISO for 16299.15.

The CU below will then update to 16299.19.

Key word upgrade not update, i only downloaded 2 update as of Tuesday....
Microsoft call the upgrade to the Fall Creators Update a 'Features Update to Windows 10, version 1709'. The key word here is 'Features'. The call it an update, but it in reality it downloads an entire new operating system, upgrades your old one and stores that in windows.old in case you need to restore it.

A cumulative update on the other hand is just the few files that have been updated with security fixes, these are replaced without reinstalling your system.

A Features Update is a full reinstall of Windows, that's why it takes so long. Cumulative Updates just patch the existing system so they are quicker.

Thanks Brink i misunderstood the beginning of the post and thought i was able to download the ISO for 16299.19 since it was mentioned fall update thinking Oct. 17th update. It did take more time then any other cumulative updates in the past and created a Windows .old folder. When i saw this i would of liked a clean install then.
It had reset some settings to.

But as said here important fixes https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...date-kb4043961 and by you, Brink and Windows update it is technically a cumulative update. True by the way it installed, the time it took and creation of the Windows.old made me feel that i might be able to obtain the ISO of Version 1709 16299.19 not just 16299.15 and reapply this same update again.
This is in case of doing a clean install or repair for me. So i went and downloaded the ISO and realized it was only 16299.15.
