Cant boot from installation USB error 0xc000000d

The W10 installtion USB drive just downloaded today.
When my Laptop boot from it, shows up error like this.

What is the reason, and how can I fix it?
I never have similar issue before in the same Laptop.
    Thank you

How did you create the Windows 10 USB flash drive? Did you let the Microsoft Media Creation Tool do it, or did you use something like Rufus and an ISO file?

    Created it directly from
    Microsoft Media Creation Tool
, not from ISO or using other software

I would look at creating another flash drive. The simple, plain USB 2.0 flash drives seem to work best. 8 to 32 GB in size. Over 32GB and you will be wasting space on it. Make sure you are also plugging the flash drive into a black USB 2.0 port and not a blue USB 3.0 port. Some computers don't activate the USB 3.0 ports until Windows loads a driver for it.

To add to NavyLCDR's reply, the 32GB size simply means is if the drive is larger than 32GB Windows can't format the full size, makes a second partition that can't be used [I found out by mistakenly using a 64GB drive]. The limit is within Windows, not the drive. Also have nothing on the drive you want to keep as Windows will wipe it out first in the formatting. A 4GB drive has insufficient space.

    Thank you all the helps.
I just found another installation USB drive which created few months ago, and install with it successfully.
