Problem downloading Windows 10 error 80070050

I have tried to upgrade from windows 7 to 10 about 5 times now. My PC is up to the standards for the upgrade and it should work. However i keep getting the same error and no way of fixing it. Here's a picture of what appears when the installation completes.

Bump. I'm still having this problem and can't find a way of fixing it. If anyone has a way of helping that would be great, thank you.

Some process is using it. Download LockHunter and see what in the folder is preventing it from modification.
