Windows 10 upgrade fails after first restart

So I used Upgrade Assistant tool to upgrade my Windows 10 Anniversary copy to Creators Update.
As soon as copying files is done, the computer restarts as usual.
But there's something uncommon, my computer did not boot and entered straight to BIOS screen.
I found out that somehow my boot drive list is disabled, I don't know why it's happened.
So I manually picked my system drive to the list, and it boots.
Soon thereafter, the setup said it has failed and "Reverting to my previous version of Windows".
So here I am stuck in Anniversary Update.

This is actually not the first time it happened, it was also happening when I tried to upgrade within the Windows (by clicking SETUP.EXE file).
So I suppose the setup should've been in another partition/disk so it can continues? Or it should be in boot mode? Why even Windows has upgrade process from within the system then?

Please post a screenshot of your disks and partitions using Minitool Partition Wizard rather than Disk Management.
To post a screenshot please use the Insert Image icon above your post to the left of the video icon. Thanks.

Please expand columns as necessary so all columns are visible.

E.g. (and here I show only Windows partitions- please show all disks)

If all had gone well, the upgrade should have continued seamlessly with 2 or 3 restarts and you responding to some prompts.

Please also open an admin command prompt, and type
    bcdedit /enum
and post a screenshot of the result.

Those look ok; the only comment there is that you would be advised to have at least 500Mb of unallocated space on your system disk in case Windows needs to create a new Recovery partition.

I don't know why you ended up seeing the BIOS, I'm afraid, so you might have some unusual odd thing amiss.

Meanwhile, here is a collection of things to work thru including relevant tutorials from tenforums, attached.
Please consider doing the upgrade manually (download iso first, and attempt the upgrade without updates).
