So what began with my Windows 10 laptop's fan going berserk and then it being locked up by 100% Disk Usage finally resulted in me finding out WU was trying to install the following:

Since I installed Win 10 Build 10240 a few months ago Windows Update has been trying on an almost daily basis to upgrade it to the current Build 10586. While all other updates seem to have installed normally, this one has consistently failed....
I reinstalled windows 10 fresh because I upgraded my Dell 3147 from a slow 5400 rpm HD to a faster 8gb 5400 rpm SSHD ( yes its faster for sure)
Anyway I went to Windows update and now found "Defer Upgrades" will this stop the driver updates for...
