I had this problem just now but easily got it fixed. My computer went into sleep mode and wouldn't go out. When I would turn it on it would show the Asus start up then black screen nothing for windows 10. I upgraded on the 14 of this month and had no problems until now. After repediatlly forcing to shut down I reliezed I had sims 3 in the CD ROM drive. I took the game out and tried again. Then it worked and went back to the normal screen along with the normal activitys I was doing. I guess my computer was trying to boot from my game disk but to no avail, thus causing this problem. I recommend making sure you have no disks in your disk drive (unless its a recovery or boot disk) Before I took my disk out my computer had a black screen that was lit up slightly and had no cursor. Nothing would progress everytime. Until I took my disk out. Maybe this is a glitch or something but this is what worked for me.

    Try update BIOS

I didn't have a 2nd monitor plugged in when I started this process, but sure enough, I plugged a monitor into my Dell Vostro 3350 and Windows 10 popped up on the monitor. Still doesn't display on my Vostro's screen despite having it mirrored. Dell says W10 is not supported on my 3350 yet. But at least I can get at my files while I wait that out!
I also ended up with a black screen instead of the login screen. Then I connected the computer to an external screen via HDMI, which worked, and downloaded the latest BIOS from Dell support (use the service tag to find the correct BIOS). My initial BIOS version was A02. After upgrading to version A10, the internal screen works again.
    Good luck!

On my DELL 3350 with RS2 (insider) problem come back only reason to black screen is AMD graphic (drivers) but how disable this card oryginal bios is very simply.
I created new bios with advenced menu and add new update for microcode, powermanagament. After flash new bios Laptop get new Life, fan is very silent and works faster on Windows 10 but lose warranty.

    I used this tutorial

    but in tutorial is bug
    Advenced Menu (new Hex) - 01 01 00 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01
    CRC - D7079489FE99D8439A2179EC328CAC214E94

FLASH AT YOUR OWN RISK REMEMBER WARRANTY LOSE AND MAYBY BRICK LAPTOP
Modified Bios DELL Vostro 3350 (A10): this link
flash from dos, create bootable pendrive with rufus and copy file from bios.zip to pewndrive: afudos Dell.bin /P /B /K
After flash remove battery and restart laptop.
