    Hi Adimne.

First things first. I would ensure you get your personal data off machine before attempting any additional recovery steps.

If you create Kyhi Recovery disk and boot from it you should be able to locate and copy your data off. I'm hoping when you first power on device you are seeing some messages from the BIOS regarding boot order. Each machine is different in terms of "F" key used. If no "F" key allows you to set boot order will have to enter your BIOS and set it to boot from CD. Again different BIOS use different keys, either Esc, Del or F2 are some of the standard ones. If you do enter BIOS could you disable Fast Boot.

If you complete your system specs it makes it easier for members to help you. I see it is an Asus, which model is it? Please complete your system specs. If you know version and build numbers please include.

Once data is off machine you will notice a shortcut on the desktop of this boot disk called Macrium Reflect. You may be able to use it to repair your boot loop.

What @Caledon Ken stated, in summary, was that you are going to have to wipe the hard drive and start over with a clean install of Windows 10 by booting the computer from a USB flash drive or DVD.

    Kyhi's Recovery Tools are here:
Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk - Windows 10 Forums

Read my first quote in the middle of the OP of the linked thread. I would suggest that you make a bootable USB flash drive of Windows 10 first using the Media Creation Tool provided by Microsoft:
    Download Windows 10

Then use the method in my first quote on the Kyhi's Recovery Tools Thread to turn that flash drive into a Recovery Tools Flash drive. Boot the computer from that. You can use the recovery tools to retrieve data files off the computer you need to save. You can also run the Macrium Reflect program from it and use the Fix Windows boot problems utility under the restore menu to attempt to fix your computer, but I doubt it will work. That leaves you with wiping the hard drive and starting over with a clean install of Windows 10, which you can do from that exact same USB flash drive.

When you run setup.exe from the USB flash drive created above for both Windows 10 and Kyhi's Recovery Tools, you will then start at step 5 here:
Clean Install Windows 10 Windows 10 Installation Upgrade Tutorials

During the clean install, I recommend that you do not connect the computer to the internet, either wired Ethernet or WiFi, until after the install is finished and you have created the first user account. Also, I suggest the first user account you create be a local user account - when you are asked for user account information, look for a way to skip that screen. Skip every screen regarding user account information you can until you get to a screen that asks for a User Name and Password that you cannot skip. That will be the screen you create a local user account on.

Once the install is done, and you are logged into a local account, then you can connect to the internet, do updates, and if desired switch the local user account to use a Microsoft Account login.

I also suggest that you buy an external hard drive, if you don't have one, and after you get the computer running good again install Macrium Reflect Free and save a backup image of the hard drive to the external hard drive so you don't have to go through this all again.

    Hi Adimne.

First let me thank @NavyLCDR for adding the link to Kyhi's recovery tools. I omitted it.

Next, you need to get access to another computer to complete these tasks. (If you do not have access to another computer do you have bootable media?) You should be in posting number #1 of the thread.

You need to download the image. This is just an image for the 64 bit version.

    Attachment 151100

Then below all the downloads is NavyLCDR's quote. Do not proceed to post #2 in that thread.

    Hi Adimne

Your recovery is going to be pretty complex and the tutorials serve as the step by step process.

First off, do you have access to another computer running windows 10?

What is the full model number of your laptop?

That's good, because the screen at the beginning of the video is the one you are going to need to be in to boot from a USB flash drive. Have you made the Windows 10 USB Flash Drive using the Media Creation Tool? Just download the tool from the Microsoft website and run it, select the option to download Windows 10, 64-Bit, and then select the USB flash drive to be the media to create. The Media Creation Tool program will do the rest. That's your first step.

    Download Windows 10
