Change Windows 10 64 bit to 32 bit.

    Was Windows 8.1 64 bit when I purchased it on Ebay. It then updated to 10.
    I have no idea if it will operate any faster with 32bit, but worth a try.

    Hold on - this does not make sense. Most tablets can only install as UEFI as they don't have legacy bios support. The tablet firmware will normally only be able to boot the bit type it was designed for (many earlier 1GB tablets used 32bit boot firmware, but later (but not all) ones used 64bit boot firmware). In fact, 32bit UEFI is quite rare.

    I do not see how if tablet was running 64bit Windows 8.1, it could run 32 bit OSs unless it has legacy bios support, or firmware is dual 32/64 UEFI capable, both of which would be very unusual.

    Dell data sheet shows that this tablet originally came with Windows 8 or Windows 8 Pro both 32bit.

These computers are built around a 32–bit CPU core and do not support booting from a 64-bit UEFI. The methods available on various support forums and support sites only discuss how to build 64-bit UEFI images. However, these 64-bit UEFI images do notwork on Dell Latitude 10–ST2/ST2E computers. DVD images to boot to USB optical disk drives on the Dell Latitude 10–ST2/ST2E computers must also be built for 32-bitUEFI booting.

    This begs to question how this tablet ever got a 64bit OS installed.
