Change Windows 10 64 bit to 32 bit.

Just discovered my Dell ST2 tablet, a 32 bit, was changed to 64 bit.
I now want to change it back to 32 bit.
The current MS media creation tool will not work, as the latest version of Windows 10 is incompatible with the Atom processor in the computer. I need to reinstall an Anniversary version as 32 bit, as it was compatible.

There a few workarounds in this thread:
How to Download Creators Update ISO via MS w/o Media Creation Tool
I one I use is to open Internet Explorer, go to the Windows 10 ISO download page, hit F12 and go into Emulation to change the User Agent String to Apple Safari (iPad).

Then you can download ISOs directly, which includes Anniversary Update (apparently Boot Camp on Macs can't install Creators' Update either)

hit F12 and go into Emulation to change the User Agent String to Apple Safari (iPad).

You lost me there. After F12, where do I change User Agent String to Apple Safari (iPad).

CU 32bit is definitely compatible with Atom devices as my 32bit tablet has it installed.

Click on the 'Emulation' tab in the 'F12 Developers tools' window. You'll find it there.

Sorry I was posting in a rush so didn't spell out the steps.

As Bree says, it's on the Emulation tab.

I'm wondering if leonicholson's Atom is one of the Clover Trail Atoms which definitely won't run CU?:

Download Windows 10 Disc Image (ISO File) doesn't take me to that screen.
If I can get there, can I choose an earlier version ISO, as the current Creators version will not run on my Dell?

Use Edge to go to that page and then use F12 to change the User Agent String to Safari (Apple iPad) as instructed above, the screen will change to one where you have a choice of ISOs to download, including the Anniversary Update.
