Hello pvnam, and welcome to Ten Forums.

If you upgrade from 7 to 10, 10 will replace 7. If you wanted to keep 7 on the same PC, then you might consider to dual boot with 10, or install 10 in a virtual machine.

If you meant that can you still install and activate Windows 7 after upgrading to the free reserved Windows 10, then you can only install and activate one or the other, but not both at the same time. As long as the free Windows 10 is installed and activated, you agreed to not have the Windows 7 key you upgraded from activated on another computer.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn
