Windows 10 Creators Update

Hello,I am willing to try another more time (this will be the last try) to update my system.As you already know, my system is Windows 10, originally installed the Hebrew version and tailored on it the English language.Also installed Office 2007 and other programs installed.Right now, after some updates were recently installed, system's version is 1511 (OS Build 10586.1007).Once made a try to create the Iso file with the tool and tried to update - it did not work. And by the way, the Iso file was a copy of current system.Now I am asking your help to decide which way to go, I face 3 options:
1. The traditional way, in the system's setting 'chk for updates' and so on, this is lot of time and lot of updates.
2. From "https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10"
by pressing the 'update now' button, or
3. From "https://www.microsoft.com/he-il/software-download/windows10"
pressing same button, this is the windows Hebrew site.Cannot make a clean install as this will wipe Office and all other programs.Made a new updated image backup with Macrium on a second disk.Cannot boot from usb, no such option in bios settings.So waiting for your help, and if possible, step by step.ThanksMotim
PS. Any antivirus software is not installed, only windows defender.

I would use the "Download Tool Now" button on the Microsoft website. Save the ISO file that the Media Creation Tool makes. Make a DVD from the ISO file if you want to. Mount the ISO file and run setup.exe from it. Also, you might not have the option to boot from a USB flash drive unless there is a bootable USB flash drive inserted when the power is turned on - and Windows fast startup may also interfere with the option appearing.

I uses that creation tool and made an ISO from it and it . I did and in place upgrade reinstall and it did it all thew way to 15063.483 I just mounted it and selected install.
