After looking again at you screenshots of disk management your manufacture's recovery partition is gone. Probably happened when you installed windows. Therefore the first two options I suggested in my last post are not going to work. If you want your laptop back to factory default your only option now is order the Recovery Media from Toshiba. You might look on eBay or Amazon as well.

So then, clean install the Anniversary Update or use the suggestion from reply #21

With W10 Pro you can choose to Defer Feature Updates.

There shouldn`t be an update issue with the CU, but many people report different issues with the CU, nothing you can do but keep trying.

What happens when you try to update W10, what error message are you getting ?

Why can't you just clean install Windows 10 and download and install whatever hardware drivers you need from Toshiba website?

Why would anyone want what the Manufacturer gives unless one is still under warranty, other than that I would wipe the whole hard drive completely and removed all the partitions, afterwards just do a clean install and get what ever one wants from the Manufacturer ( Programs / Drivers ) Using the factory restore from the Manufacturer is not reasonable since one would have an old windows install and loaded with out dated junk software, clean method is the best way . PS All is needed are the license keys for 7 and or windows 10 to be activated once for a clean install
