It is really odd that you still have a Windows.old folder but no option in Settings>Recovery to rollback.

No - this happens if recovery partition is deleted or corrupted.

OP - post image of partitions from disk management.

There might be something in the 798 MB recovery partition. You can use MiniTool Partition Wizard to explore it and see what's there:

Looks like you will have to go to Toshiba website and download what you can.

When you did the Windows install did you choose to keep everything?

If you did, click Windows Start:
Type "recovery" in to the Search bar. Next, select "Recovery Media Creator" from the options presented to you to open the recovery media creator. NOTE: The option may also be "Toshiba Recovery Media Creator", "Toshiba Recovery Disk Creator" or "Recovery Disk Creator". Go to Steps to Create Recovery Media.

If you did not choose to save everything:
Watch this video. It explains how to reset a Toshiba laptop to factory specifications. I have serious doubts about this working, but it is worth a shot. I tried to insert video into post, but it did not work. Shows up fine in my preview, but not on post. So here is the link.

If none of the above works go here:

Repair & Parts Support | Toshiba Scroll down to:

    Get Recovery Media
Want a fresh start? If you need to restore your Toshiba PC software to factory fresh you can order recovery media here. You will need your serial number.

If you have a provisioning package in that folder, then you should be able to create a recovery drive with that provisioning package included:
Create Recovery Drive in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials

A provisioning package is all the extra stuff added by the manufacturer.

Installing Windows 10 from that drive, if there was a provisioning package present, should restore the factory software. If you want to save the factory software on a new computer, then you need to either save an image of the hard drive when it is new with a program like Macrium Reflect (which is what I do), or create the recovery drive using the above referenced method (or with software provided by the manufacturer).

Normally, I make a backup image of the original hard drive, play with the factory software for about 5 minutes, then wipe it and install vanilla Windows 10 from Microsoft.
Now this .. this killed me bro !! i've did this and restored ... the only thing i have OEM is the wallpaper and whole partition is removed with all other recovery partitions ... you destroyed me
all i have is drive C with 900GB of nothing ...
