    Build 10240 EST file anywhere?

Does build 10240 - if that is what I have, contain a ESD file which I can use to create an ISO to update a 2nd system?

Yes but not sure if that is permitted.

unhide your system files and there should be an install.esd in the windows-bt\sources folder

You can use an ISO as long as you do an upgrade, not a clean/new install. Once you've done the upgrade, then you can do a clean install if you want.
