"cant dont have a usb or dvd.."

You never did say if you have file backups but if not and since your disk is failing but not entirely dead, I URGE you to buy an external usb drive, RIGHT NOW, big enough to backup your data (pictures, music, etc) which will be totally lost when the drive fails, which the SMART test critical result predicts could happen at any time.

An SD card is totally inappropriate and not designed for such a purpose. Further, it's a removable drive.

You could get a basic hard disk for- oh, £20 or less- 500Mb downwards.. you can probably do better. 1Tb for oh, less than £40.

Then you should have a disk for backups- say 2x the size of the data you're backing up if you keep multiple or incremental copies.

    I use a 2Tb disk I got for about £55 for disk imaging my 256Gb SSD + 1Tb SSHD.

Consider backing up your files immediately in the cloud. Many are free or nominal cost. Then when you get your flash drive or HD or SSD drive you can move or restore the files.

When? If you're installing to a new disk, as you need to, then clearly no.
