Thanks both, I've updated my system specs here Just to note, that Ublock Origin does not show/allow the full options to update that information. So switched that off to be able to update this info you required. Here's the zip attached.

Ok attaching info. For starters i search for both files ( win32k.sys-20180816-0058.dmp
win32k.sys-20180816-0058.dmp ) and get no results. Can you tell me directory location and i'll try to manually search for them.

Here is the rest of the info; Link to google drive
    TenForums.zip - Google Drive

Couldn't do chkdisk ( invalid parameter when i type in drive letter). I've done this before though, it worked and come back all was fine by the way.
Fast boot was already switched off as mentioned previously.
    CCleaner isn't installed.

I'll flash the bios later or early tomorrow. Need my PC for tonight. don't want to take a risk just yet

See if you can use this software to find the file: voidtools
    Copy and paste:
    win32k.sys-20180816-0058.dmp

If it is not found then search using: *.dmp

For the chkdsk switches please run these commands:
chkdsk /r /v C: or chkdsk /r /v D: changing the drive letter to the applicable drive
    Please check all drives:
Model Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB
    Model KINGSTON SA400S37120G
    Model ST500DM002-1BD142

    Also run HD Tune on:
    Model KINGSTON SA400S37120G

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /r /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.
Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    Type: Y
    reboot

    This step was skipped:
    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery into the thread.

Search Everything software found the file you wanted, I've added to this attachment and the other info you requested. I managed to get the chkdsk to work this time ( the main drive C: ( 850 EVO )) done a restart and fix attempt on reboot. so no log of this. However on the ST500 HDD i got a log and its attached. It's weird why when i originally copy/pasted the same text into cmd prompt, it just wouldn't run when i tried originally. Sorry i missed the request about the Start up and recovery screen shot added to attachment now.
To save us time, do you really need the new Kingston SSD details and for me to run the diagnostic tool? I only installed that 3 days ago and this problem has been there for years already. I'll do a scan etc if you really need it and update that info. I'll look forward to your reply on this.

    thanks for your help

    1) For startup and recovery system failure:
    a) uncheck automatically restart
    b) reboot
It can be easy to miss BSOD crashes when automatically restart is checked.
With automatically restart unchecked a BSOD should display a window with bugcheck and : (
A misbehaving driver in the form *.sys may be displayed.
At the very beginning of a BSOD crash there is a % counter.
If you see the counter wait for it to rise to 100% before rebooting so that there is sufficient time to create the dump file.

    2) Chkdsk results on E: displayed cleaning with no problems

    3) Please run chkdsk /r /v C: overnight and in the AM open even viewer > copy and paste > notepad > post a one drive or drop box share link into the thread

    4) The dmp file was sent as a lnk
Please post the share link for the dump file that is not a lnk

Ok adding updated request of files.
google drive converted the file extension to a link extension. pulls hair out!
    https://drive.google.com/open?id=1id...YJd9aqXjk4fJ1d

While trying to find the log to the Chkdsk and Wininit logs doesn't work for me, no items show in the drop down panel. ( step 3 of your link Read Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials ). I had to sort manually and find those files.

and i've unchecked " Automatically Restart " as requested

Chkdsk text added only shows drive E , not drive C in event viewer. I assume you want the log for C: drive.. Can you elaborate exactly on how to find the C: drive in the event viewer thanks.

I've been following and decided to google. Found a few hits and a couple pointed to the ME firmware (Intel Management Engine).

Started looking for how to identify ME Firmware version. Intel has tool but was supported in Windows 10 or your chipset.

    For reference only https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=250789.0

On MSI page I found their "Live Update 6" under utilities, please confirm I was on right MB.

    https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/supp...ver&Win10%2064

Have you run this tool? Would you be prepared too? Looks like it checks quite a few aspects BIOS/Drivers/Firmware/Utilities

This link is for reference, not execution...didn't want to lose.

    https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?P...topic=163548.0

For what it is worth, I think this is a hardware (MB) issue and likely one dealt with before by MSI users. While this is an exceptional forum I think the community at MSI has dealt with this as the links keep taking me back to them.

On an aside, maybe downgrade your management engine driver to match firmware will resolve this issue.
