    Insider preview expired

    Hello everyone.

I have installed a win 10 insider preview on my laptot as soon as they announced them. Now I haven't been using my laptot for nearly a half a year and got stuck. I changed the date in BIOS to 2016, and was able to boot into windows, but like ten error showed after login. It's a 14391 insider preview, and it won't update to anything newer, because it's still saying, that timestamps says it is out of expiration date. And when I wanted to change the date, it wouldn't let me, saying that I don't have the permissions. I also checked, that this version expired a month ago, but how should I knew that before. I then restarted my PC, and now it won't boot anymore, even after BIOS date change. What should I do?

    Thanks for any advice.

PS: I still have Win 7 installed on this laptop if it can help something (or can use Linux Live usb, or even plug hdd into another computer).

If it were me, I would install the released version of Windows 10.

Or I was thinking about installing fresh newest insider preview - got email yesterday, about upcoming features and so. But if there is a possible way to do that without reinstalling, I would try that first.

Now that it is expired, I don't think there is a way to upgrade what you have, I think you need to do a clean install.
