Windows 10: My system fails when doing "Feature Update For W10 Version 1703". Solved

    I feel foolish admitting this, but...
    I checked my laptop, on which this update installed, and it doesn't even have the registry entry I mentioned.
    I misread the stuff I about changing the registry from 0 to 1. It is actually 1 to 0.
    Changing it from 1 to 0 makes it run fine.

    Truly sorry for all this; but thanks for trying to help me.
