Hi,
I'm currently under build 16188 (insider) and I'm facing an issue to update to next build. Everytime I try to open settings to update, it force close without any error message.
So I want to know if it's possible to make the update with the terminal or something to bypass the settings ?

Go through Part One and Part Two, in Part Three skip steps 3.1 through 3.9 and start from step 3.10 entering the command exactly as shown.

Restart, then try this cmdlet to set execution policy in elevated PowerShell:
Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Scope CurrentUser
Now try to import PSWindowsUpdate module again.

I try to reboot via Start > Power > Update and restart but not working at all, still on 16188 build :/
Any ideas ?
I tested now on a Hyper-V virtual machine, got same results. Upgrade was downloaded and initialized, then it just failed:
I have to research this more, at the moment I have not the faintest clue what is causing this. Microsoft had some serious issues last week with their upgrade delivery system (see links below) that theoretically could still be affecting upgrades, but I think that is not the case.

What you could try is to download latest Insider ISO directly from Microsoft, they are currently offering build 16193 ISO images for direct download: Download Windows 10 ISO File Windows 10 Installation Upgrade Tutorials
Upgrade to 16193 from ISO, then see if upgrading to 16199 works from Settings.

If keeping your installed software and personal data is important. just double click the ISO file when you have downloaded it to mount it as a virtual DVD drive, then run Setup.exe from it to start an in-place upgrade. All your stuff will be kept.
In-place upgrade moves old Windows installation files to a folder called C:\Windows.old. Delete it after the upgrade: Delete Windows.old Folder in Windows 10 Windows 10 Installation Upgrade Tutorials
To perform a clean install, ISO file needs to be burned to a DVD or USB flash drive and computer booted from it.
