No PC will ever have an OEM key for Enterprise. Plus the showkey screen shot you posted shows your OEM key is for 8.1 Pro.
How did you upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10? Where did you buy this laptop from? It sounds like your laptop had Enterprise installed by an organization, and then sold to you as is. If so it may not have a Digital License for Windows 10 If so you need to install 10 Pro and hope it activates with your Windows 8.1 OEM key. I would write that key down now so you have it. The current ISO's for the 1703 CU did not auto read my laptops OEM embedded key. You may have to enter it manually.
Windows 8 or 8.1 keys? Mine is a Windows 8.0 Core key. My MSDN as well as the MCT ISO ignored it? If it had happened only once I'd just take it as a glitch, I did several clean installs and it was ignored each time. I actually did a second install just to verify it wasn't a one time glitch.
Yes, Windows 8 keys. It read the Windows 8 Core key in UEFI, installed Windows 10 Home without asking for a product key or which version I wanted and activated. I then had to upgrade the Windows 10 Home to Pro by changing the product key to the generic Windows 10 Pro product key which then also activated based on a digital license for Pro. Just like previous versions.
