Error On Installing Windows on Laptop.
The laptop is a Toshiba Satellite C50B
So I don't really know what my cousin did but the OS got messed up so I was going to reformat it but I've encountered this problem. Every time I install W10 on the laptop, during the installation process, an error stating that "windows cannot install required files. make sure all files required for installation are available" pops up. I tried doing a W7 install and the same problem appears! I tried switching out the laptops hard drive and the same problem persists. I'm absolutely clueless what the problem is. The ISO's can't be corrupted but if they are it's so impossible for both to be corrupted. Any help would be nice. I'm using a USB to install by the way since every laptop at home does not have a CD-ROM.
