    Creators update "0xc1900101 - 0x30018 the installation failed"


    I have been trying to update for a day or two now but it always reverts to the previous version in the middle and after I boot in windows I get "0xc1900101 - 0x30018 the installation failed in the first_boot phase with an error during sysprep operation"

    I have tried looking around google for a solution but looks like there isn't a clear one. Anyone with the same issue, or any ideas for fixing it?

    Have you tried the following:

    Update to Latest Version of Windows 10 using Update Assistant

I'm trying to upgrade my Windows 10 but no matter what I try I keep getting an "Windows 10 installation has failed" error. I've tried uninstalling the antivirus, using different DISM cleanup options, using the disk cleanup tool... The CBS log...
