    Creators Update Partition Problem

I made a thread a couple of months ago commenting on the fact that, when I had to reinstall windows 10, I messed up the installation by putting everything onto one main partition, leaving the other 2 partitions unallocated. I decided not to do anything about it and leave it be, mainly because I had other problems I had to take care of at the time and then forgot about it. Now the creators update is right around the corner and I remember someone saying that the update might fail because of the way I partitioned the system. I was wondering what are the chances of this happening and what preventive measures should I take in case there is a problem?

You shouldn't have any problems with the Creator's upgrade.
