New PC. No OS installed. Retail Windows 10 usb boot loop

    Ok so I have the new motherboard in and have gotten as far as putting in the serial key.

    I cannot continue the installation process. I go through the beginning. Enter the product key. Then it says "remove the installation media and restart the computer so Windows starts normally. Then insert the installation media and restart the upgrade"

    When I do that it trys to boot from the hard drive and acts like nothing is there. If I select the usb as the boot device (F12) it just starts the installation over from the beginning
    When I remove the usb and restart it says "Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows restart the computer and then restart the installation

    Selected don't have key. Custom install. Deleted partitions. Switched from other OS to Windows 8/10 Installed fine now
