try visiting the Windows 10 downloads site using a different "user agent" string in Firefox or Chrome [howtogeek article].
that usually makes the Win10 downloads page behave differently and may present you with options to download the ISOs themselves without downloading the MCT.

    I have old MCT dated Aug 2016 ... I have a copy of 1607
    Great news!

I have a collection of the previous MCT's so I can download any .iso version I want. I used the first MCT to make an original-release 10240 .iso last month.

14393 is for the Anniversary Update - version 1607
15063 is the latest, it is for the Creator's Update - version 1703.
10586 is for the first update to Windows 10 which was the "November Update" - version 1511.
10240 would be for the very first, original release Windows 10 which never officially got a version number, but if it did, I believe it would be 1506 or 1507.

The version numbers are a year followed by a month which indicates when they were released. 1511 is November, 2015. 1703 is March, 2017. 1607 is July, 2016.
