window 10 clean install now boot options gone in BIOS

It all fired up and ran perfect. I was just poking around and noticed it took away all my boot options except windows boot manager.
I installed by entering bios and selecting removable drive Then from an iso file on a usb flash drive from Microsoft.. Now if I had to reinstall 10 with my flash drive I cant.
How can I add a boot option to the BIOS to the usb/flash?

Do you have the Windows 10 installation USB flash drive plugged in? Many BIOS, especially if it is actually a UEFI firmware computer and not BIOS, will only show boot options that are actually available when the computer is powered on or restarted. It won't show options that are not physically present and capable of booting.

I also notice you marked this question as solved - did you already find this out?

It was an option before I did the install. Not after. It changed it some how. I'll try to plug in the flash drive ,thanks for the idea. No I have not solved it. My is 1st post didn't notice that I marked it as such.

Windows will not change the boot options in BIOS/UEFI. Adding a bootable OS will add to the menu, but Windows (nor any other OS) will remove what the BIOS / UEFI detects as bootable.

I figured it out!! It was the only program that I installed since the clean install, a damn Verizon phone repair program loaded and changed the boot menu. I noticed every time I boot up this screen would come on and asked if it could make changes to my computer. Once I unistalled it , VIOLA boot options back. Just to make sure, I did a clean install and removed all partitions to boot. Pardon the pun! Thanks for the help!
