Windows 10: transfer all settings, data and applications

I would like to back correct OS up before deleting OS partition, is win 10 built in utility/image creator enough or I need third party piece. if win 10 utility is enough please guide me.

Delete the partition containing the Windows 10 that you no longer want to keep. Then expand one or both of the partitions next to it to fill the empty space. Or you can create a new drive letter in the empty space if you want. Be sure to click the apply button, nothing actually changes on the hard disk until you click apply.
If you still have an additional Windows 10 showing up on the boot menu that is no longer there you can run:
msconfig
Select the boot tab and you can delete the extra entry there.
