    Assuming an upgrade, but could be wrong, but just had this from MS:

    Windows 10 Creators Update is coming soon, add yourself to the list for first install.

    The Windows 10 Creators Update will be available via Windows Update around April 11th 2017 for the general public.

    For now, the Good news! The Windows 10 Creators Update is on its way. Want to be one of the first to get it? message is to be able to get the Creators Update early after clicking on the Yes, show me how link. It's also includes an invitation to join the Windows Insider program.

    Hi Brink, been a while. Why would I need to review my 'privacy settings' - dont quite understand that?

    Yeah, it's not real clear on the details, but that's what I would assume as well.

    probably trying to force people onto a microsoft instead of a local account. bad move microsoft if that's the case.

    I wouldn't think so since one could just wait until it comes down via Windows Update on the official release date.

    I wont be changing to MS account, with passwords, as a 3 user admin I want it left exactly as it is. This is a choice open to the individual, but not me.
