I want to install Win10 on a USB, simples BUT will the MCT let me do this NO! It's trying to reinstall it on my PC even though I'm pretty sure I followed the instructions here.
Anyone know how I can download Win10 without having to go through the MCT so I can have a fresh clean install?

You don't need a key for Windows 10 it's recorded at ms and will recognize your PC and your login

Then either burn the image from the ISO file to a DVD (and you might have to use a double layer DVD depending on how you get the ISO file)

Once you start the Windows 10 setup, if it asks you for a product key, click on the link that says "I don't have a product key".
The posted image suggests to me the process needs to back a step or two.

In the Sources folder of your Windows 10 USB flash drive will be a boot.wim file. Replace that file with the boot.wim file from Kyhi's recovery tools and you have a great tool to do backups, restores, and troubleshooting with in addition to retaining the ability to install Windows 10 from it.
