Dual Boot Win 7 and Win 10 build 10130 questions

I am trying to get ahead of the game for my wife. We jointly have a laptop on which she uses Win 7.
I wanted to try Win 10 Build 10130 ISO so installed it using the tutorial
How to Dual Boot Windows 10 with Windows 7 or Windows 8
    as a guide.
This worked fine, I can choose which O/S to start when I power on the laptop.
There is however a difference between the displays presented depending on which O/S was last used.
That is fine for me but I want the default O/S to be Win 7 when she uses it until I can persuade her to learn a little more about Windows 10 and I can find out how to prestart an app after she signs in. I have found out how to do this on the Win 10 version (clicking the change options text at the bottom).

The question is how do you change the options for delay timer and default O/S before automatic booting when it is the Windows 7 version of the display?

As you can guess I am new to dual-booting.
