Hi, please post a screenshot or photo of
    a. what you see when using your bootable USB
    b. your partitions (e.g. using Disk Management, but preferably using a 3rd party partition manager (as the 16Mb partition isn't visible in Disk Management)

    - using the 'Insert Image' icon to the left of of the video icon above your post.

I can't find a reset option if I boot from my USB Media, but I can see it if I go through recovery in Windows 10 settings. I don't want to go through Windows, how can I get the reset option from boot media? What am I missing here!

If you don't want to trigger a reset from within Windows, you effectively will be doing a clean install. That you can do, of course, without running Windows at all.

The scenarios and procedures for reset are explained in detail here for reference:

This tutorial will show you how to reset Windows 10 to remove everything and start over completely with a clean installation of Windows 10 on your PC.

Reset PC uses the existing Windows installation to re-install itself. You initiate that from within the Windows installation you wish to reset. Booting from the installation USB flash drive or DVD is for doing a clean install from that flash drive or DVD
