Windows 10: build 10159

    build 10159

    trying to update from 10130 to 10159 but for some reason it will not update. Any ideas?

    Hi there

    I think FIRST you have to ensure your 10130 build is ACTIVATED -- do that by in the activation screen choose Change Product Key and enter the key for build 10130.

    Now re-boot and try again.

    You might find you need one or two attempts to get the update to install -- sometimes there will be a few other updates (Windows defender stuff etc) that need to go on first.

    Well I checked; and it says its activated already. I tried a few different times to install the update build with no luck so where do i head from here.

    what about installing it from the iso? Can someone give me the link to the iso for build 10159?

    I had to use the "restart now" box not just a restart as usual (even thou it said I could)
