Simply put, I loaded optimized defaults in BIOS and converted the disk to GPT in diskpart before installation of Windows 10. I dont know why it was not installing in C:drive and even i was unable to format it, then I chose to install in drive D:

First picture - Windows 8/10 Features is set to Other OS, simply put, you have UEFI disabled.
I guess it does not matter now, since you have installed Windows using MBR partition.

I have a lot of data in Disk 1, should i backup all the data (its very time consuming) before initializing or converting it into GPT ? I am getting 2 options on right clicking Disk 1, 'Import Foreign Disks' and "Convert to Basic Disk" and also "Offline". What should i do ?

When converting Dynamic Disk to basic, Mini Tool Partition Wizard gave me an error "MiniTool Parition Wizard cannot convert the specified dynamic disk to basic because MiniTool can only convert mirrored volume or simple volume that has only one partition". The disk i am talking about have 4 partitions and in MiniTool it shows the data intact when click "Explore option". So should i import the foreign disk from disk management in windows or what you guys need to suggest ?

Guys i also need to update the BIOS. So i am planning to do that before i go full software and driver installation in case if i get an error, I dont have to reinstall all the softwares and driver again. I will be using Gigabyte live BIOS update utility to avoid any error from my side at least. Please guys, help me out in all these. Please reply other queries also.

    Thanks for support.

I have installed Windows 10 and trying to install windows 7 in drive E: and you know what I am getting ? Similar error just like during Windows 10 installation. I have installed Windows 7 and now it stuck on "Set up preparing for your computer for first use" just like "Just a moment" in Windows 10. I dont know what's the problem but the problem is common in both the installation. My wild guess is that it is some license issue. Can anybody tell me WTF is happening ??

I would suggest doing an NTFS format of that partition WITHOUT the quick option checked.

The proper action for your disk 1 reading as foreign disk appears to be to import foreign drive. But I have no real experience with that - just google searching.
