    wrong download

Thanks Alphanumeric for your answer. I would have sworn in one of Brinks examples it showed the 'single language' only box ticked. I'll give it another try.

Which ISO you select depends on what OS your upgrading from. There are Home Single Language versions of Windows 8/8.1 that require that specific SL ISO. Regular Home and Pro versions require the Windows 10 ISO. The keys are not interchangeable from one to the other. SL will only accept SL keys. You also want to avoid K and KN unless you key is for K or KN.

This is a long shot but try entering this key VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T. It's the generic Pro key. If it lets you upgrade to Pro, then try your key to activate.

    Alphanumeric

Thank you again Alphanumeric, in your last post you said to download 10 only. After downloading it all went as smooth as silk and now I'm typing this with Windows 10 Pro. A BIG Thumbs up!
