    Windows 10 Reset Problems

I tried resetting my computer and it failed at about 25% and now it wont go to the windows welcome screen at all, all it shows is the logo and nothing is loading. Tried rebooting it and resetting it but every single time it goes to about 80%, it would show this message:

"A configuration change was requested to clear this computer's TPM (Trusted Platform Module)

WARNING: Clearing erases information stored on the TPM. You will lose all created keys and access to data encrypted by these keys.

Press F12 or Volume Up to clear the TPM Press ESC or Volume Down to reject the change request and continue"

and whenever I do either option, the reset would start over. Need help trying to fix it.

I would try turning off TPM in UEFI. If that doesn't work, then boot from a Windows 10 installation USB flash drive or DVD and do a clean install.
