Have you checked in Disk Management to if it's listed? If it is you may have to assign it a drive letter so that it will show in File Explorer.

Edit: That's not Disk Management. To access Disk Management right click on the window icon on the lower right hand corner.

Try looking for it using 'minitool partition wizard' https://www.partitionwizard.com/ , you can assign a drive letter etc and clone a drive quite quickly using it.

The pic you posted is not Disk Management. Right click on the window icon and choose Disk Management.

Edit: Disk Management looks like this.

It's not showing in Disk Management? It won't be in File Explorer until after set it up in Disk Management. You will need to setup your partition(s), format and assign a drive letter to the partition(s).

    Open the Disk Management utility.

When a non-initialized disk is detected by Windows, the following window opens to prompt you to initialize the disk.

In the Initialize Disk dialog box, click GPT (GUID Partition Table), and then press OK.
