Where can I download Windows 10 ISO latest version

I have my key number but would like to perform a fresh installation. I originally installed W10 on top of W7 but still have some problems. A fresh install should solve this. Thank you.

If you took the free upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and your Windows 10 is activated, then you don't need a key to do a clean install. You should already have a Digital Licence tied to your PC's hardware and stored on Microsoft's activation servers. When asked for a key, skip that step (there's an 'I don't have one' or 'add key later' option). Your new install will activate automatically. This Tutorial tells you how to get the install media...

Remember, the existing digital licence is only valid for the same type of Windows 10 install as you have now, Home or Pro. you must install the same type for it to activate automatically.

Access Denied??? Odd name, but despite that your link still works :) Using the Media Creation Tool is covered in Option Two here...

...and using the MCT to make a bootable USB is the method I normally use.

What I really want is the bootable CD (or DVD) - not a thumb drive -ISO file extracted from the ISD file. I found the following:

ESD to ISO - Create Bootable ISO from Windows 10 ESD File

If you are familiar with this tutorial and are willing to answer a few questions, please let me know. One of the questions is: How do I find the hidden Folder referred in the tutorial? Another is how to get the ISD file (look about one page down in the tutorial for a block called "Information." I don't understand this or how to use it.

The method you use mentioned in your post: can it be used to make a bootable DVD? If so, Where can I find the tutorial? Thank you.

In order to create the ISO file from the install.esd file resulting from an upgrade, you have to copy the ESD file after it is downloaded, but before the computer reboots to do the upgrade. In file explorer you have to turn on the option for Hidden Items, look closely at the second screenshot in step One of the tutorial. However, C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources is only a temporary folder and will only be there between the time the update is downloaded and before the computer reboots to do the update. After the update is completed, the C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources is automatically deleted.

Assuming your computer is up to date with ver 1607 of Windows 10 installed, you need to just download the ISO file from Microsoft and burn your DVD from it.

If this will create a bootable DVD, please tell me the URL where I can get it. Oh, and if it's the same result, why wait for an update and try to 'catch' the temporary folder? Thank you.

    Get Windows 10 ISO file:
    Access Denied

How to burn DVD from ISO file (instructions are the same for Windows 10 as Windows 8):
3 Ways to Burn ISO Files to DVD - wikiHow

Most people who wait for the update and try to catch the temporary folder are on the Insider program and want to make an ISO file of the latest Insider version. People using just plain released Windows 10 need to download the ISO file from Microsoft because major upgrades that an ISO file can be made from only come out every 6 months or so - and it looks like Microsoft is trying to move away from the 2 to 3 GB ESD files to do the upgrades with anyway and a change to a registry key is required to force the update to come through the old way with the ESD file.
