If you are just going from a smaller SSD to a larger, just create a system image, then reimage to the new disk.
You will be able to boot into Windows.
Then on the new disk, open Disk Management, and either extend the C partition, or do that and create any number of partitions you wish.
There might be a problem with that if the recovery partition (or any other partition) is directly after the operating system (boot) partition. Windows disk management by itself will not allow any partition to be expanded if there is no free space directly to the right of the partition to expand it into. A program like MiniTool Partition Wizard is required to move and expand the various partitions.
It is a OS drive, always used MiniTool Partition Wizard for partitions. Have Recovery, System EFI and Boot, Paging, Details about unexpected crashes, Primary. I will use system image and expand primary partiton on new one like you said, thanks.
