I just reinstall Windows using custom image deployment by my manufacturerIf you have license, download Win10 from Microsoft or tell your manufacturer about your issue.

    Hello

Waking up a old thread here but also try to fix a DENVER NBW-10004N and are very interested in how the thread creator enters the BIOS? Have done som searching and tried with the most methods but without success. Thanks in advance!

Doing a Search in the manual on this page for setup or bios produced no results, maybe it is a software application in Windows, have seen a couple different machines where that was how to make settings changes.

    Welcome to TenForums MrHenke,

Actually it looks like they weren't in the BIOS. Their screenshot shows a typical 'one-time' boot menu. On some machines (including an Atom powered Acer netbook I have) it's F2 at start up to get the BIOS, but its F12 to get that boot choice menu.

It should briefly show a message at the power-up OEM logo to tell you which keys to use. However, you only see that (or can get into the bios) on a cold start. Just shutting down windows is not enough, it will be a warm start if Fast Startup is enabled in Windows.

Try using Restart to get a cold boot and watch the first manufacturer's logo screen very carefully.

PS: if you do find your way into the BIOS, then post your method here. You'll have the distinction of being the first person ever in the whole web to post the instructions for this particular model

If you can send a private message to "evildog1", he/she may be able to put you in touch with the manufacturer.

There doesn't seem to be a lot of online support available for that netbook.
