upgrade problem

I reserved windows 10 just now and I was shocked to see that my PC won't be able to run windows 10. I have windows 8.1, So will really won't be able to run 10?

where did you checked, that your computer cant run it? i thought you shouldnt get the "reserve windows 10" -button if microsoft thinks its not able to run win10?

I did not get the notification. I used one of the methods for obtaining the notification and then I realized that my GMA X3100 graphics was a critical issue. Therefore I won't be able to upgrade to 10.

When my laptop supports 8.1 why can't it support 10?

this should be answered by a MS technical - wild guess it that has something to do with the dx12
