Uninstall PowerDVD 14 destroys Boot Information

I have something you can try if you wish.

I have uploaded the files from my Macrium Reflect Recovery drive thumbdrive.

Download them from here: Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.
Open properties(right click) and unblock it(bottom right).
Prepare an empty thumbdrive depending on if you use UEFI or legacy MBR: Preparing a USB stick for Windows PE - KnowledgeBase - Macrium Reflect Knowledgebase
Unzip the files directly to the prepared thumbdrive.
Try booting to it, to test, if you can and it starts.
If it does/you can, reboot back into Windows.
Uninstall your Power DVD.
When you get the blue screen, hard shut down and boot into Macrium.
When in Macrium use the boot repair option:

I find Macriums boot repair much better than Windows own.

Hi Cliff S,
Thank you very much, the time and the effort you spend in trying getting out of this situation, indeed very nice from you.
I do not use OneDrive, but I have also the Macrium Rescue ISO here, I just saw it in my HDD.

Now, I am afraid that the Damage is so deep that none will be able to restore it.
On the other hand, I am afraid if I "insist", I could end up with a "Access Denied" and my PC is just Electronic waste. By last retore it already "failed", the first time I ever had seen that.

The Damage is being done by the Cyberlink Uninstaller, so I need to know where it is and I will remove it manually.

How I got rid of it was this way
System
File Explorer
Then click on your C drive
Scroll down to Programs
and Programs x64
You should find the folder in both of them
Right click and delete both copies
It may come up are you sure
Click yes
Once done you should do a restart
Should all be clear from your system by then
I had to do that to install DVD 16
I use it all the time to play my movies

Thank you everybody ,
In the mean time I went to Registry and Deleted any single reference to PowerDVD.
Deleted also all folders in HDD
Seems that the Uninstall Program is gone, it does not show any longer under Programms and Features. Seems I am free of that.
It took around 12h of work to get rid of some bad programmed software, behaving like a hardcore Virus.
@hTconeM9user : That is not enough, there hidden files and folders under AppData/ProgramData and under Users/Local and Roaming.
Anyway that is a "bad" way to uninstall Software, it should be only done in a "desperate" situation.
