Go for it. But you may want to take a gander at this. Windows 10 build 10135 has leaked, but you should stay away from it
Yeah, seen that but not much to loose anyway, took down latest Wzor, should be clean. Have 10130 Macrium backup, will go with it as soon as an official upgrade comes out, this now is just pure curiosity on my part.

    Edit
Just tried upgrade again same thing as before:

Found an interesting thing on HTG today.
Looks like (if true) that MS thought about slow and metered internet problems.
It might help with slow connections - but it makes things worse for metered connections, for instance where there is a monthly allowance (as I have).

If I download it in one go, I can control it, plan for it, and perhaps change the time it happens based on particular range of hours (as in the OP's 2-7am) and/or whether I have enough allowance left this month. If it is happening in the background, it won't download any fewer bytes and without me controlling it, makes the risk worse that I may go past my allowance.

I imagine that good part of the world doesn't have, cheap, easy and fast internet access and a good old hard copy on a media like DVD sold in stores or on internet order would be best thing. MS could make an upgrade only edition that even private people can sell on DVDs for nominal fee.
Actually, thinking of it now, it shouldn't be illegal for somebody to download an ISO and make DVDs with it and sell it for some lo price. Upgrade process would take care of licensing anyway.

I think the best answer for people who want the final release is to wait until 29 July (or shortly after) and see if an ISO is made available.
