I would boot the computer from a rescue drive/disk like Kyhi's:

Use Macrium Reflect to make a backup image of the partition Windows is installed to. Use MiniTool Partition Wizard to wipe the hard drive and re-initialize it as GPT. Do a clean install of Windows 10 using the Windows 10 installation media. Then restore the image you made back to the OS partition.

You can boot from a Windows 10 installation drive, open a command prompt prompt, change to the boot folder on the installation drive and try the bootsect command.

    I would try bootsect /nt60 ALL /force /mbr

From the recovery console you can type bcdboot C:\Windows that should override the boot sector.
