Anyway, W10 has now been reinstalled on my PC, the partitions are not how they should look which is why I wanted to reinstall ten at the first place, so I will post a photo on my other thread about partition layout.

I wanted to run Windows repair and don't have a USB or disk so I made a partition on my hard drive and made it bootable with the windows iso image files in it. The setup said I can't repair because I don't have the image on my computer, even though...
This morning my desktop running windows 10 started having disk errors, very long boot/load times and the "can't sign into your account" problem.
Ran DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /restore health and sfc /scannow

hi all
Was posting over in the windows 10 apps issue as I was having problems with the xbox and store apps. I decided to reinstall after doing some reading.
This was a windows 10 upgrade from windows 7 ultimate.
I went thru the reinstallation...
I finally agreed to the repeated request to accept the Windows 10 upgrade. Now when it gets to the main operating page it continues to blink as though it is trying to load but is unable to do so. Can not access the start button. I just get a circle.
