F12 still should let you boot from a USB ...not anymore ?

This is very weird... you didn't change anything else in the bios ?

    OK found the solution.
Had to go to Windows recovery menu, troubleshoot, boot from usb, and there it dud detect my Toshiba USB UEFI, so I am installing W10, I am on the part where it says where do you want to install W10?
Then I have the disk 0 selected, and at the bottom I have Update, and new, what do I do here?
Erase and format are 2 options that can't be clicked on

you are selecting the SSD , not the USB right ? as your SSD/HDD has 5 partitions not one as seen in your previously posted pic

Where it says where do you want to install Windows, it only shows my SSD, no other drives.

And no 5 partitions, just one hole partition which can't be deleted nor formatted.

I did do Top gun instructions which maybe deleted my partitions?
