Trying to update using Windows 10 Update assistant as automatic update not showing yet. It checks my system then downloads ok but once it starts it stops at 1 or 2 % and says "Something waent wrong " and gives error code 0x80070057.
Got it updated. On the MS Forum it seems to have been an issue for lots of users. One work around suggested was to disconnect (immediately) any wifi/ethernet connection when update sticks at 2%. Count to 30 or 40 and re-connect.
Trying to resolve problem per title line. I found a 'solution' that basically says to go back to an earlier restore point. To my surprise, I found I had that turned off, so couldn't do that.
