Windows 10 upgrade

    I don't know. I think the free upgrade ends tonight at midnight (Pacific Time Zone). I read they are not going to extend it one minute. I don't know how that compares to your time zone. I would try to get it done before then.

    I am shattered so I am going to leave it , if it is to late then to bad such a shame though especially when you can't get it to load , I think Samsung have a lot to answer for to !!
    Thank you so much for all your help I really did appreciate it , maybe tomorrow I will be able to put it on , not sure of the time so it is now 30th July so I may have missed it .

    I forgot you were upgraded to Windows 10 a few months back. I bet you are going to be okay if you can get it upgrade without turning off. Good luck.

    Goodmorning , this is what downloaded last night and it doesn't do anything at all , so glad i didn't stay up !!!!!

    The .part isn't good.
    I would try it again - the servers might be quieter now. But you'd have to get it downloaded, installed and activated by 11am UK time, which is a bit tight for comfort!

    Hi
    I am now downloading again I am like a dog with a bone ,but I do think Samsung should have sorted this out by now my laptop lenova wasn't a problem, any how I am up to 47% but it will be the activating that will be interesting to watch see what percent it switches off on !
