I get just a blank screen after reboot doing a clean install of Window

This is the last out of three that I'm upgrading. I followed the "How to Directly Clean Install Windows 10 without having to Upgrade First". I get Windows 10 installed it updates and I copy the GenuineTicket.xml. I get a message that I need to update the NVidia drivers and reboot. On the reboot I get too the first screen the rolling balls go through two loops pause and 2 balls into the second I get a black screen. Ctrl+Alt+Del does nothing. I tried repairing the start up and I get a message that's there's nothing to repair. I can get into Safe Mode. I tried just installing 7 and get the same problem. I can reboot the computer using the generic drivers but when I install the NVidia I get the same problem. I'd backuped XP using Clonzilla on Parted Magic, late last week, and was going to restore that for the time being. When it gets to setting up System Devices it goes to the same black screen.

Right now I just want to get it registered before the 29th.

    Thanks

I forgot to mention when 7 was starting up, even though I had a blank screen, I could hear the start Windows chord. I changed the DVI for the D-Sub and everything is good to go. But now I have the same problem trying to install 10. A few spins and it goes to a blue screen.

Another just noticed. Right before it goes to that blank blue what looks like a command prompt window opens and closes almost quicker than you can see it.

Hi CheckMarc and welcome to Tenforums.

If you just need to get the system activated with W10 before the deadline Friday, can you disable the GPU in BIOS/unhook it from the system and use the integrated graphics to get W10 installed and activated?
