Here are some screens that might help. I saved them to Word as I worked.
This shows where the files were and that it was then called G:\
This shows, quite logically, that I asked to have the installation on the thumb drive, G:\
I'd rather follow up on installing and running CCleaner than troll through my collection for more useful screen dumps. I started an installation of the Executive program on my old System Disk but canceled it. I then made a folder on my thumb 16 GB thumb drive and installed it there. I can't recall the drive letter designation at the time. I tried to run the update from that installation and it seemed not to like what it saw and refused.
To run the program you shut down all other applications (no screen dumps to Word) and it runs in an environment that is not conducive to digital photography. Just to show how bad it is here's one image.
I've saved a lot of screen shots like this, but not blue on black. What a choice.
