Moving Win 10 to a new machine

Hi, I have a question regarding installation of the Win 10 when I purchase new machine. I have older laptop (Sony) that I bought with Win 7 on it. I didn't get the disk, the OS was pre-installed.
Last year I upgraded to Win 10 normally, but now I want to purchase new laptop instead of the old one, which is not working very good lately and I pretty sure I do not intend to use it afterwards.
So my question is, can I move the Win 10 to the new laptop and how? This can save me some cash when I buy new laptop.
    Thanks

If you are buying a new Laptop then it should come with Windows 10.
Depending on how old is your current Laptop, you might want to upgrade your current HD to an SSD, re-install Windows 10 fresh then it would be as good as new.

Yeah, most of them come with Win 10, but I saw few without. Considering it.
Regarding older laptop - it is Sony, it is impossible to replace anything on it. The processor and board are old, not even sure ssd alone can help.
    Thanks

You can't move the Windows because it is an OEM version that is limited for use on the computer it is installed on.
